Widget Configuration

Configure chat widget appearance and behavior

Header text displayed above the welcome message
Message shown when widget opens - supports emojis and automatically detects text direction (RTL/LTR)
Message shown in the messages area when conversation is empty
Primary color for widget elements
Color of the send message button
Color of the send button when hovering
Icon or text displayed in the send button (e.g., ➤, →, Send, 📤)
Message Bubble Colors
Background color for customer message bubbles
Text color for customer message bubbles
Background color for agent message bubbles
Text color for agent message bubbles
Font family for widget text
Color for message text
Font size for messages (10-24px)
Weight/thickness of the font
Space between lines (12-36px)
First line indentation (0-20px)
Font rendering quality
Shows current agent name as subtitle
Shows a banner when conversation is handled by AI (General AI or SPAS)
Widget Design Options
Add drop shadow around widget and above input area
Upload custom icon (60x60px recommended)
Optional banner shown at top of widget
Shows device ID in widget footer for debugging purposes
If enabled, customers can respond to closed conversations (which will reopen them). If disabled, customers will start a new conversation when the previous one is closed.
Choose when the widget becomes visible on your website
Choose how the widget appears and behaves
Width of the widget when expanded (minimum 300px)
Height of the widget when expanded (minimum 400px)
